Diploma in Classical Dance – Bharatanatyam (DCBN) is a one-year Open, Distance and Flexible Learning (ODFL) programme offered by the State Resource Centre, Kerala, through SRC Community College. The programme is designed for learners who wish to advance beyond the foundational level of Bharatanatyam and develop comprehensive theoretical knowledge, practical competence, and performance skills in one of India's most celebrated classical dance traditions. The curriculum provides an in-depth understanding of the history, philosophy, evolution, and aesthetics of Bharatanatyam while offering intensive training in advanced techniques, Margam, important texts, composers, choreography, and stage performance.
